Geneseo, IL. March 17th, 2016 – Illowa Fellowship of Christian Athletes receives funds from Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation to purchase new videography equipment
As part of its commitment to give back to the community, Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation recently announced that it will donate $2,000 to Geneseo’s chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes for the purchase of new videography equipment.
“We are extremely grateful to the Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation, said Dan Pearson, Area Director for Illowa Fellowship of Christian Athletes. This equipment will be used to enhance our video storytelling, which is a key component to grow and promote the FCA program locally.”
FCA’s vision is to see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes. Their community ministry reaches people through partnerships with the local churches, businesses, parents and volunteers.
The Geneseo Communications Charitable Foundation was established in 2002 by Geneseo Communications, Inc. to enhance, develop and benefit the Geneseo Community.
Geneseo Communication Charitable Foundation grant applications can be found here and can be submitted at any time throughout the year. Applications are reviewed quarterly and all 501(c) 3 organizations that reside within Geneseo Communications servicing area are encouraged to apply.
