Geneseo Communications, Inc. recently provided more than 50 shelving units for use within the Geneseo\Atkinson Food Pantry’s new space.
“The donation of these units was a perfectly timed blessing,” said Food Pantry Director, Jolynn Kitterman. “We are working to complete a remodeling project on the west end of our new building and were unsure what we were going to use for our shelving and station needs; prayers were answered when we got a call from Geneseo Communications. They provided us with top of the line retail shelving and racking systems as well as some portable stations they were no longer using. These units, once in place will allow us to expand our resources and community services. This new area will be used as a seasonal distribution site as well as an employment resource center. Geneseo Communications is one of many local businesses that support the pantry. We are so blessed to live within such a generous community.”
