Soup Cookoff raises money for Geneseo Food Pantry

Our employees got together for a Savory Soup Cookoff to raise money for the Geneseo Food Pantry. Employees got to try several different soups and vote for their favorite. You can’t have a food contest without desserts so several volunteered to bring in something to top off the main course, including brownies, pie and the local favorite, the support log. After the smoke cleared, from the battle and not the soup, Jack Ortiz came out the winner for the traveling trophy with his Cheesy Ham and Potato soup. The employees spent their lunch break chatting and enjoying some good food. In the meantime, the employees raised $321 for the Food Pantry.
