Make the switch to FiberMeFast and we will buyout your current contract up to $150*.

1. Register for service of 250M or higher. Registering does not obligate you.
2. We will contact you when ready to schedule your installation order
3. Provide a copy of your final invoice from your former provider showing the early termination amount due. We will place the corresponding monthly prorated credit on your account.

*Contract buyout promotion is available to new or returning residential customers only who subscribe to 250M/250M Internet speed or higher and agree to a new 24-month service agreement. May not be combined with other offers. The total buyout credit will be determined by the early termination fee on the final bill from the previous provider, not to exceed $150. A copy of the final bill from a previous provider, with early termination fees clearly marked, along with customers new FiberMeFast account name and number is required and must be sent to wecare@geneseo.com within 60 days of installation date. To receive credit reimbursement, customer must be in good standing, credit reimbursement will be issued monthly over the 24-month term of customers new FiberMeFast agreement. If customer terminates services within the first 24 months of installation date, remaining buyout credit will be forfeited. Additional restrictions may apply.
